Every Tyrrell Custom Home is covered by Travelers New Home Warranty. Known as 1-2-5-10 Home Warranty, it provides coverage for the following: 

  • One year for defects material and labour

  • Two years for defects in material and labour for plumbing, gas, heating, electrical and air conditioning systems

  • Five Year coverage for defects in the building envelope

  • Ten year coverage for structural defect
